Last year´s Madrid Gay Pride 2012 was visiting by 1.500.000 people. By seeing this number of people you will know that it is a very big and popular gay pride in the capital city of Spain. It will be between the 29th of June till the 3rd of July 2012, which means that the temperature during the gay pride will be very warm! The Madrid Gay Pride 2012 parades will start at "Puerta de Alcalá" and will follow his 2 kilometer way to the end which is at "Plaza de España". This parade will take place at the Saturday of the Madrid Gay Pride 2012. After the parade there will be a nice park party at "Park of Lago", which is a nice outdoor party. 

Street parties are also very famous during Madrid Gay Pride 2012. They will take place at "Plaza Chueca" and because of the nice temperature and the crowd of people is it no problem to come in nice summer clothes and dancing outside all day and all night. Besides these outdoor parties, there are a lot more parties. You can go to some massive parties which take place in some clubs or other big spaces around Madrid. But you can also go to some cozy and a bit tinier gay bars which are situated in the Chueca neighborhood of Madrid, which is thé gay neighborhood of Madrid.
